i once heard from a guy that if any of the info. on your ticket is wrong the case will get dismiss. in my case the cop put the wrong b-day and wrong age, i got the ticket for speeding 85 in a 55zone, so is that true.

NOPE!
The act is still the act. You are identified by your DL and the vehicle. There is no mistaking it was you.
Just because that info was written incorrectly, does not negate the violation.
Talk to the prosecuter and explain that you would like to plead guilty to a non point violation and pay the fine. see what he says.
If you have a good driving record and werent a jerk during the traffic stop I am sure they will work it out with you.
