LEO ONLY***Florida Misdemeanor Exceptions

Does anyone here have a good place online to find the FL Misdemeanor Exceptions? I can't find them in my statute book. I thought they were at the front with the Legal Guidelines, but no luck! I found a list of 16, but they were very vague; and I thought there were more like 20 or so...

Or if you want to take the time to post/PM them to me, that would be great too!

I'm trying to understand your question. Are you asking what the misdemeanor exemptions for release on a summons? Or exemptions for a curtain misdemeanor offense?

Perhaps this would be better geared for another FL LEO, as other states may not have anything similar. But, basically, the Misdemeanor Exceptions are those misdemeanors that do not require a warrant for arrest even though the LEO did not witness the crime. The LEO may arrest based on probable cause discovered on scene without having to file...

I did find them:
1. Battery
2. Stalking
3. Retail Theft
4. Traffic Crash Arrest
5. Carrying Concealed Weapons
6. Possession of Firearm While Under Domestic Violence Injunction
7. Violation of Domestic Violence Injunction
8. Disorderly conduct on premises of licensed establishment
9. Trespassing on school grounds
10. Trespassing in structure or conveyance
11. Acts of domestic violence (to include assault)
12. Possession of marijuana under 20 grams
13. Criminal mischief
14. Transit fare evasion
15. Contributing to delinquency of a minor
16. Theft of personal property
