I am applying for a licence to carry a firearm and the application asks about any criminal cases against me in the past, whether they were dismissed or not. I was pulled over for "driving to endanger" over a year ago. They ticket was dismissed by a magistrate when I went to appeal it so I have never been in court for it. I have no record at all. But i was wondering if i need to put that ticket on the application since it is a criminal offense. Please help me so i don't get a denied for lying. thanx guys
