I should be able to break-in my new motor by this weekend, but I have a few concerns. I read the following break-in method I found by searching old threads.

My new combo is as follows:
JE Custom Pistons 9.2:1, 04 Heads w/valvejob and Crower Springs, JLT CAI, Magnaflow X and CB, ATI Balancer (10% underdrive).
My main concern is the stock tune. Will it be fine for this break-in process?
