This is a bit of a loaded question and really depends on your other mods.
Assuming stock Eaton, 16ish PSI and fuel pump upgrade i would run a dry nozzle kit 100 -125 max and use a second tune for added fuel in the curve while spraying.
I dont like the idea of spraying fuel through the aftercooler personally. Lots of guy do but im not one of them. Ran a dry kit on my old whipple car made good safe power. But you will want pumps for sure to make sure the fuel demand is met.
Cant go wrong with a Zex controlled unit. However a micro switch setup can work just as well if you are safe on the trigger activation RPM range
