I have a NOS dry system for sale. I bought it a couple months ago. decided to go a different route.

The kit comes with the following:

bottle warmer
bottle blanket
stand for bottle
nitrous bottle
nitrous pressure guage
dump tube (needed to run nitrous at the track)

WOT switch/can be used as a manual switch as well
