Fore Precision has given us the go ahead on taking pre-orders for their new Billet Aluminum IRS Diff Covers for the 03-04 Mustang Cobra. Pricing is set at $449 for this awesome piece. No one can match the strength and quality of the FPW products, and that is no different with this Billet Aluminum Diff Cover. Once you see and feel this piece with your own hands and eyes, you will know you have the strongest, highest quality equipment on your vehicle.
Up until now, there have not been any options for an IRS diff cover that was a 100% perfect fit. Being CNC machined from billet makes sure each cover that leaves our facilities is near identical to each other which ensures that each cover will fit your car.
What the diff cover does, is it allows you to set a pre-load on the diff bearing carrier caps. This helps eliminate deflection of the differential and chipped teeth on the ring gear under heavy loads, hard launches, and overall abuse that our Mustangs go through.
Production is set to start in about 4 weeks time, we are just taking names and phone numbers for the list, that way we can contact you once they are ready to ship at which time billing info will be requested. Please give us a call if you would like to be put on the first run list.
Thanks,
Derek
