paint overspray, debris in paint

My 02 was repainted on the passenger side by Maaco......who did a absolute ASS job(was done prior to me purchasing) There is tons of over spray, and crap in the paint.....doesnt even match up from hood to front fender...you can see the paint difference.......what can I do? I am new to the "proper" way of detailing, ie. clay bar, polishes, ect.....any suggestions on steps to take and what to use? Thanks biieeaaootches!

overspray can be removed with claybar. the rest of your problem can only be fixed with a new paint job at a much better shop....
