My question is, will my driver side power seat frame work with an originally manual seat? Or should I just run to pull a part and grab a manual frame? I searched everywhere and found nothing on this. Sorry if it has been discussed previously.

Yes, I bought a manual seat slider off Ebay and swapped out my power slider with no problem so going the other way will be just fine.
you will have to modify the bottom of the manual seat for the power assessories and switches
