what is the stock pulley size on a 04 and are 03's and 04's the same size?

ok 1 more ? where do you measure it at I just measured mine from the outside edge to the other outside edge and it's a little over 3 3/4's does that sound right?

Yes. You would actually need to measure the distance between the areas where the belt goes, not the outer lip. But yes, 3.75 sounds about right for where you took the measurement.
