I wasn't going to run it last night because of the warmer temps and high humidity, but you know it's hard to be at the track and not race.....

The car ran surprisingly well considering 79 degrees and 54% humidity.

Ran a new best of 12.48 @ 118.42. Then hot lapped it and ran a 12.58 @ 118.33

60' ------ 2.044
330' ---- 5.408
1/8 ----- 8.177
mph ---- 86.82
1000' -- 10.525
1/4 ----- 12.488
mph ---- 118.42

Mods in sig.

How in the hell are you getting that kind of mph with the stock pulley? That's amazing...

Holy crap.

A Z06 at the track ran a 12.4 at 114? I think... He had a intake, but it was the 2002 model.

Honestly I have no idea and neither do any of my friends, that is two weeks in a row of running multiple 118 mph passes. I am going to order a predator this week and take it again next weekend to see if i can pick up any.

Running a 12.42 without a pulley is very impressive but i feel your 1/4 mile mph clock is definitely not right, you ran 86.82 in the 1/8 and 118.42mph in the 1/4 that is nearly 32mph without a pulley and that is not going to happen:nono: Most people with your mods will trap around 110-114 depending on how good you can drive and how good the air is. Still a great run though:burnout:

I don't think the clock is off, it is a IHRA certified track. Im not saying it is impossible, just not likely. All runs have been made with 18" street tires.

I have run at two diffrent tracks and have gotten nearly the same e.t. and mph so they both must be wrong then.

I wanted to say the same thing. I like giving guys the benefit of the doubt though. I have personally experienced malfunctioning clocks. I ran a 13.0 @ 107mph (in my old LS1) and then I hot lapped it and ran a 13.2 @ 113mph.

I agree unit213 i have experienced at several different tracks the mph clocks being off very badly either in the 1/8 or 1/4 but not usely both. When people post big mph anymore i pay no attention to it(including my own) because i know that there are alot of tracks in the country that are not accurate including well known tracks. IMO this usually happens toward the end of the year after all the events are over and all of a sudden big mph increases suddenly hmm.... :dw:

118mph just seems way too high for a non-pulley'd car even with fantastic air. Something is up. Has the car been dyno'd? You'd need to make around 450rwhp to run that mph.

Check for both lanes left and right and compare the differences in the 1/8 and 1/4 mile mph runs assuming you ran in both lanes usually there will be a noticeable difference.

Ahhhhh, perhaps something is goofy, check out the diffrences between the 1/8 mph on these runs from two diffrent tracks.

1/8 --- 8.31 ---- 8.06 --- 8.18 --- 8.19 --- 8.34 --- 8.10
mph -- 84.44 ---- 88.13 --- 86.86 --- 92.37 --- 91.12 --- 93.69
1/4 --- 12.67 ---- 12.58 --- 12.50 --- 12.62 --- 12.70 --- 12.57
mph -- 117.49 ---- 118.33 --- 118.03 --- 116.71 -- 115.44 -- 116.96
