Rear Brakes

I have a friend with an 03 GT and he is doing a Cobra Conversion. He and I were curious about the rear brakes on the 03/04 Cobras. He bought the Front Brakes from Ford but we don't know what brake system goes in the back. If anyone can help us on which Rotors, calipers, brake lines, basically the whole rear brake setup that would be very appreciated. Thanks

Also, does anyone know if we will have to change anything in the grill to make the hood fit properly besides taking out the honeycomb part?

You will need to change the front fascia to get the hood to align properly.
