With the knock sensors in the 10 or 11 and up cars it allowed a more aggressive tune that is safer that's probably why the "safe limit" was raised a bit. From my 5 years on this forum safe is stock tune and boost, anytime you go aftermarket tune it's no longer safe. Some guys run for 60k with over 700 rwhp, others have popped their engines with less than 600 rwhp.
When I joined the forum 650 to 700 was called safe, now people seem to say 700 to 750. Roll the dice and good luck
