Ok guys heres the issues I'am having well my wife is having she is 5'4" and she just got a 03 Cobra also and it has an aftermarket shifter in it...I dont know what kind it is but she is having problems with having to reach for 3rd and 5th, she just went today and got a pistol grip and she wanted to know what shifter arm would work great for the pistol grip and her at the same time. As of now with the pistol grip on it is so low in 2nd and 4th and don't feel right. Please help guys cause I don't know what to tell her I still have stock shifter in my Cobra.

Bolt the stock stick on. I have the stock stick on my FRPP Hurst and it is absolutely perfect - no long reach.

Or...get a B&M Ripper. The throw is real short (shorter than the MGW!) and the top half of the two-piece stick is angled slightly back for an easier reach. It also can be bolted on in two positions. Here's a great deal on one:

I use the full MGW shifter assembly with my pistol grip, works great. MGW also makes a nifty adjustable handle that should work on the stock base and many after market shifer bases as well. Pic attached is with the MGW shifter assembly and Hurst pistol grip. Sorry the pic is grainy I took it with my crappy phone camera.
