Ford Racing Parts 2003 Cobra. Shopping list? 601HP?

Why after all the mods that ford did Cams and Heads and the Whipple
They only get 601 to the wheels. The Toque is pretty good.
Anyways has anyone heard if Pauls performance sells the Fuel Upgrade as a Kit like the article says.
All I see is the rails separately and the other stuff on the site.

I like the parts...but I gotta keep it smog legal.
I am sure they engineered this well. :burnout:

The parts look great, I like their recommendations for the brake upgrades. They are only running 14 lbs on the whipple though, which would probably take it from the 690 hp to 750 hp if you went with about 17 lbs.
