Man, another really nice day. It is really hard to discern an actionable pattern with all the political noise. I guess I'm thinking higher for longer and rolling with that. Everyone has help wanted signs out around here. Definitely seeing an influx of Hispanics into our area.

Everywhere is going to see an influx of Hispanics.

Take whatever the GOV has told you and add 50%. At least.

What area you in?

Yep. You guys probably have more than us there, and we have a ton and have had. Got some at my place that have worked here 23 years.

I run my brokerage account through an LLc.

They wanted to know where my initial investment came from.

Where I work.

If I manage other people’s money.

Why they locked it is beyond me.

Does using an LLC make your brokerage account less taxable?

I was thinking of turning my brokerage account into a tax free charitable trust since I'll never need the money anyway.

You can claim losses and expenses differently.

I suppose you could say it’s less taxable.

Everywhere I’ve been along the southern border is majority Hispanic except San Diego. Still a good amount there.

Illegal immigrants tend to want to get away from the border and past our immigration checkpoints.

I’ve stopped in Homestead several times on the way to the Keys and I spot illegal immigrants all over.

I have written down on my note pad to check into 'mark to market' but I honestly don't know where to start. From what I understood it allowed more losses to be written off...but I'm guessing there has to be a 'business'. Have a feeling I might get an eye roll from current CPA lol

Yes, mark to market allows you to avoid the wash sale rule.

Basically you are considered a “trader” rather than investor. One of the ways this is accomplished is having an LLc.

CPA should be fine with it. Quite simple.
