Teksid block question

So I was thinking of picking up one of these blocks just to have on hand incase a rebuild is needed and would switch over to the lighter block at that time. Does the front timing cover from a terminator work on this block or would i need to pick up the matching timing cover for the teksid. Also any other things or is it just a strait swith of parts. Thanks sean

I believe you must use the Termi timing cover, as it has the provisions for the pulley bridge. The Termi cover will fit the Teksid block, but IIRC there is one bolt hole that doesn't line up. Most people just leave it out.

We just silicone where the missing bolt is at.

Cool thanks for the info. Btw is it the teksid block that has the extra bolt hole or the terminator tc cover that will have a blind hole.
