So today I blow out a front tire from the inside of a practically brand new Nitto on the highway hitting a sharper edge por hole... Limp it to the tire shop and ask what they had in stock for a 275/40/17 I needed something as the car is my DD. I explained to him time and time again.. It's for the front. Then he proceeds to try and sell me a nitto 555r.. I laugh and said " a drag radial for the front" then e argues with me a tell me I can't fit a 275 on the front of my car... I said.. That's what on there now.... Them the questions fly as to how and why I do it. Then... The stories come along about his buddies car blah blah blah... It's cold and I just want a damn tire!

End rant:

The guy that previously owned my car always paid to have the servicing done on it (usually at ridiculous prices, I have all the receipts since '98). Evidently someone had done him a favor by rotating the tires on it, there were 275s up front and 255s in the rear lol

Yea op, plus one drag radial- that would really help...
