I know it's not the purpose of your vid (that woman is nice and thick in a good way) but this is how you squat lol. Overhead squats are just brutal and this chick is doing her body weight!! Try just a 45lb bar the next time you're in the gym if you've been doing traditional squats.

Impressive, but definitely not 135 lbs. The way the guy at the end of that video handles the bar after he removes it from her shoulders is proof of that....

That overhead squat looks pointless. Just another way to get injured.

It really is. I don't see the purpose of doing overhead squats at all. Every time I attempt to do overhead squats I feel my lower back arch too hard. Once it put me out of commision for a week. Could barely walk because of the pain.

And no, my lower back nor core is week sauce.
