yup, i felt like doing something "fun" with the girls Sunday. the "girls" consist of a coworker and her hot young cousin, who has become my companion of sorts in recent days! and fun in Abilene consists of taking small road trips OUT of town. you can see the windmills up on the hill from abilene, but it's a good 30 mile trip out there and 30 miles back (this part of Texas is that flat)...
anyways, they said they wanted to see the windmills so we took a quick little trip down the road and here's what we came away with...

just as we were about to leave we saw these guys coming in with new blades. you don't really understand how big these things are until you're on ground level with them! these trucks had extendable trailers on them, it's ridiculous!
