turbo kits

does someone make a turbo kit that doesn't involve cutting? for instance the hellion requires one to cut a hole in the inner fender for the cold side to the TB.

Huh? What are you talking about? Where did you hear or read that you need to cut for the hellion terminator or sn95 kits? That is VERY false. There is already a hole there in the inner fender.

haha, it's cool man. usually a harness goes through it and since it typically isn't used for anything, I can understand not realizing it. You just relocate the harness from that hole to the other hole where the stock filter goes. more than enough slack and no modifications needed.
