Veyron is a low 10 sec car, consistant, with that being said, if traction was there, I dont see how the stang wouldnt give him a run for the money.

Veyron= 4,260lbs

stock S197= 3,450lbs

that S197= probably around 4,000lbs or less.

But hey, a Veyron is a Veyron in the end, and a Mustang is a Mustang.

I just wanted to see how well the Stang faired.

I totally agree with you. You can't compare apples and oranges. There's a reason the Veyron costs 1 mill. Bugatti loses money on each one they sell. That's how you know they've built a hell of a car.

But respect is due to any vehicle that can come even close to hanging with a Veyron. I wish the S197 would have won. That would have been epic.

This has been posted before, the stang lost by 2.5 -3 cars. Ironically, stang owned off the line.
