Cheney started of decent then it was all downhill from there. But of course the republicans on this board will tell you that Cheney won by a landslide.
Cheney provided fairly decent substance in his responses and Edwards displayed his talent for delivery. I think that if both debates were merely read in transcript form the Bush/Cheney ticket would come out on top. This is not the case, however, and so I just hope that the electorate is not swayed by a smoother delivery style rather than the substance of the issues and the records that back it up.
