I wouldn’t go looking for an assault charge but I wouldn’t be able to sleep if I didn’t call him out and make him really uncomfortable. I would feel like a coward.

If it was enough to get me pissed, I'd just pull out my phone and start taking video and or pictures of him, and if that wasn't enough then start cat-calling, and pray to god my bluff works and he's not into guys too... LOL

Then there is the nuclear option of uploading the video and letting the women online take care of it by finding all his social media and posting the video, and between them and their white knights will have all his social media "salted" with the behavior. Though I doubt he has a linked in.
