What's wrong with this radio????

My mom's 99 F-150, the radio plays CDs, the radio works and everything, however the display doesn't show anything, no clock, no station, nothing, it would look like it was off but it still works fine. I checked all the fuses already and there's nothing wrong there. Possibly the illumination in the radio display go out?? Anything else I can check??? Thanks in advance.

the displays have a small bulb in them that lights up the back of the screen, that bulb is burn out

maybe the illumination wire suddenly went dead? check voltage on the illumination wire behind the deck, see if its showing power
