What exactly is the functional purpose of the staggered wheel size on these cars ? I'm wanting to buy wheels/tires and I really would like to understand why we have 20s on the back. I am not interested in any aesthetic reasons only street/track handling. I've read a lot of threads and can only find appearance reasons and possible "turn-in" performance? So if anyone knows, why not square 18,19 or 20s? Why not 18/19? I understand the break size up front has influence here. Just want to learn/understand. Thanks!
