Whipple 2.9, 4" pulley w/4Lb lower how much boost?

I have one of the caged 4lb lowers, but want a 2.9 Whipple. My problem is I am limited to 91 octane. How much boost will the above combo yield?

swap out the 4lb lower for a stock lower and run the stock 3.5 upper on the whipple with safe timing or go to 3.75 with more aggressive timing. i will be running the stock 3.5 on 93 but i have headers to help lower the boost but i have seen people with the stock 3.5 upper and stock manifolds on 91.

should be around 16lbs-17lbs.

btw, im on the stock lower and 3.5 upper. 17lbs here but i have LT's and no cats.

they prob wont drop boost but the setup i said above is your best bet.

i love it, only thing that would make it even better would be e85.
