Brand new. Never used. Came with a bunch of parts I got off a buddy and already have a tuner so. Has the pro racer software with it, but apparently that has already been registered and SCT is a pain about transfering it even though the tuner hasn't ever been used. I'll include it and you can see what they will do, but since I decided not to use it, I haven't contacted them. All I know is my buddy said it was a pain transfering it. From thier site
