Well might just spend the extra 1k and go this route how much lead time and is that price shipped? Also ive got oil pump gears unopened from you guys any way to return them and just buy them installed?

I have an extra harness for a manual car. Also have a water pump. If I was building something at this power level I would go with a SFI balancer like ATI, esp with boost.

I've been very happy with mine.

There's the usual load of small frustrating items with a project this big (see thread re: bleeping cracked sparkplug), but still shocked at how smooth and stock like this motor is. Can't wait to get one more oil change in and strap it to a dyno!

Took it to the drag strip last night. My problem now is traction. Tried slipping softly out at 2k rpm and just did a standing burnout for a 3.2s 60foot lol. The thing will burn rubber on the highway at speed just by clicking down a gear or two. It's absolutely ridiculous and induces uncontrollable laughter.

Glad to hear it! I see that CPR also just made 1100+ with a MMR longblock, nice to see these things being put to use the way we intended!

Thought you guys might enjoy this (taken from another thread):

The above MMR motor, stock headers, stock H, (no cats), stock overaxle pipes, and GT500 axlebacks. A very meager exhaust, still lays down 421 RWHP STD (414 SAE) on a good conservative tune.
