Picked up and installed the new seats today.......

Seat weight, 26 lbs each

Bracket weight, 8 lbs each

Total weight per seat 34lbs, 68lbs combined. Stock passenger seat 40lbs, stock drivers seat 55lbs.....95lbs combined. Thats a 27lbs savings :rockon:
These are the regular fit (up to 36 waist). I'm 6' 210lbs 34 waist and the fit is tight but nice. I hope to put a few miles on them this weekend.

Very nice. How much lower do these seats sit than the factory ones. I've Been looking at a set but not sure.

can you add up all your weight savings with the front seats and backseats taken out:?

Here is what I have done for interior weight savings.....weights taken from... http://www.modularrevolution.com/Weight.htm

Removed:
Rear seat - 46lbs
Rear headrest - 4lbs
Rear seat belts - 5lbs
Mach 460 rear speaker enclosure - 22lbs
Passenger seat - 40lbs
Drivers seat - 52lbs
Total - 169lbs

Installed:
Rear seat delete - 8lbs
Corbeau CR1's - 68lbs
Total - 76lbs

Total savings - 93lbs

I thought the rear seat delete weighed more than 8 pounds :shrug: Which one do you have or what did you make it out of?
