05 gt motor into a 95 240sx

whats up guys need some help Im thinking about building another 240sx for fun... but this time i want to try to swap one of the new style 3v gt egines into a 95 240sx... need some help does anyone know how much the new 3v weight with there trans... anything would help... thanks..

i think the motor by itself is around 400lbs but im not sure. Its somewhere around there. Why do you want to use a 3v? Thats an odd choice. I really think that if you want to go with a ford v8 then it would be alot easier imo to use a pushrod if your going to put it into a car like a 240sx. I would go with a twin turbo 331ci stroker. Those seem to make plenty of power...:banana:

$$$$ 331 twin turbo sounds like expensive i can pick up a new 3v for 3500-4500 with tranny the only reson im staying away from the 5.0 pushrod is the iron block im looking for an aluminum block keep weight down the stock 240sx motor weights in around 420-450 with trans..
