AC Unit quits

I did a search but did not find anything on this - yesterday, after a nice morning drive in my 2017 350, the AC unit quits blowing cold air. Worked in the AM and quits in the afternoon - just like that. I am waiting on word from dealer to take it there but wanted to check in here to see whether this is something others have experienced. Car has 3600 miles on it.

Rather common issue with the ac compressors on the s550s. My brother had his replaced under warranty at 7500 miles and my girls is out currently. Both 2015 GTs. Keep us posted
