Leave it. Get a professional cut buff and polish restoration done then ceramic coat it. That'll be a quarter the price of respraying or wrapping the car.
A true color change takes $15k and a very reputable shop. Lots of people will say they are great and bla bla blah they all want money. They don't give a sh*t that it's your baby. They have bills and screw people over without hesitation.
Don't settle on any hack job, detail wise or paint. Examine the work leaving any shop, and talk to their customers. Due dillegence is all there is to it.
