So im currently running a 2.3 whipple on my 2011 and just wondering how important it is to get id1000s. what difference do they make etc. Thanks

What injectors are you running now? Are you running out of fuel? If not and you dont have plans on making a lot more power or going e85 later there are plently of other options that will get the job done.

1050x injectors are supposed to be better if you ever plan to go E85. Since they are the same price, if you choose to get one, I'd recommend the 1050x's.

fwiw the 1050s are the replacements for the Id1000s, as Injector Dynamics has since cancelled the ID1000s.

fwiw the ID1000ccs flow 1015cc/min @ 3 bar and the 1050s flow 1065, so they're a bit bigger

I know the 1050x is better for E85 since they are stainless steel inside. Less worry about the corrosiveness of the corn.
