Issues with my IRS after accident

So I got into an accident last year and I had hit my drivers side rear quarter panel. I have the car all fixed and good to go other than having some issues with the IRS. I installed the FTBR kit with the Ford racing cover and level 5 shafts.

On the driver's side of the IRS, the bolts holding the cover to the diff become loose. The passenger side still feels tight. Also the drivers side half shaft inner CV joint spits grease (not a whole bunch, like if there was a tear on the inner boot, but you do see some grease around the area). Also when driving at slow speeds, I hear a noise coming from underneath. The noise only happens when I give the car some throttle or let off during slow speeds. Something is shifting forward and back.

What could my problem be? I was thinking maybe the axle bearings and seals? Or possibly the ring and pinion? Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like some damage was done when you hit. Was there frame damage?
