How is it recommended to mount the heat exchanger? I see sheet metal screws in the picture, what are they for?

Sorry for the late reply, our staff has been at the PRI show and some on vacation with their families for the holidays.

To answer your question, the heat exchanger can be mounted in ANY location that sees some airflow, the line size on the kit is -10 (larger than the feed and return ports on the side of the block.

In regards to BTU's I will check with another tech and reply as soon as possible.
