What are the two switches on the clutch pedal? Pic attached

One is disconnected, but has no effect on car from my experience. Help please!

Cruise control disengagement and neutral safety

Nss on clutch.
Brake light switch on brake
Cruise control on side of brake

Cruise control switch has to be reset if cruise isn't working.

If it is this..to reset switch

Remove rod from brake pedal and push rod into switch..should hear a click.

Install rod to brake pedal with pushing brake to make it to rod..
