They are relatively quiet. Just did my break in tune last night to help break the new motor in and put down 612/590 on a 3.5, stock lower and 14 degrees of timing. hoping to see in the 7s when i pulley it up and turn the meth on and timing up.

710 rwhp 650rwtq 22lbs of boost vp100 stock motor. My car is also a under achiever and is down 20-30rwhp from a lot of cobras since day one in 2003 when I started modding the car.

realistically it should have made 730rwhp on 22lbs like the rest I have seen

You might want to pull the cam covers and make sure all the rockers/cam followers are in place. I've seen stock cars with rockers that fell out and that will obviously kill some power.

This thread has me thinking about keeping my Cobra and putting a 2.9 on it!

So it is fairly easy to hit 23+ psi when having a lower pulley huh?

I was considering a 2.9 w/crusher on tuned for E85 and 91 but im leaning torwards the 2.3 tvs since i have acess to e85.

Anyone else running 25+ psi?

This year going with the FRPP Boss Block, stock crank and rods with ARP hardware, and Manley Pro Pistions to make 305ci, with cams and ported heads @ 10.0:1 Compression ratio.. Either going crusher inlet for my 2.9, or switching it up to 3.4 or 4.0 @ 26-27 lbs on E85.. Can't wait to get it done..

2.9 crusher here. Street tuned and never been on a dyno. Will have to dyno this spring and see where it's at.
