FS: New 99-04 Bi-Xenon Headlights

It's time to button these up and ship them off.

I started with brand new BOI smoked headlights:

Waiting on final bench testing and output shots. Tomorrow, 8/22, perhaps.

This purchase includes:
NEW BOI Smoked Headlights
NEW Morimoto Mini H1 Bi-Xenon Projectors w/ 9007 adapter plates (hand-selected at TRS based on output)
NEW Morimoto 3Five Bulbs, either 4300k, 5000k, or 6000k
NEW Morimoto 3Five 4.1 Ballasts which will be released in about a week
NEW Morimoto 9007 Updated Relay Bi-Xenon Harness
NEW Morimoto Value Mini Gatling Gun Shrouds

Every part included is inspected and bench tested at TRS as working like new and will be retested before shipping.

$549 shipped in the Continental US

There will be additional pairs in the future. PM/reply with any questions. Most of the parts included have warranties through The Retrofit Source, but the retrofit is not their responsibility as I am not affiliated with them.

Yes. It would be as simple as removing your stock lights, plugging up the wiring, installing ballasts and bulbs, and then installing these lights.

I'm thinking I'll just go ahead and make the reflectors black. Any opposition?

The factory glue if it's not lost too much in the unsealing. OCI Butyl Rubber Glue if it is.

I noticed a massive design flaw with these lights that I'm working on sorting out. The lines in the lens diffuse the cutoff and makes it a very odd reversed-double cutoff. So, I'm working on shifting the projector to clear the line in the lens.
