FYI there are cheap KB and Vortech BAPs in the classifieds right now.

Matter of fact, just bought that KB BAP lol.
Should be easy to install from what I hear, but I've never used one...
The BAP is kind of like putting a band aid to the issue... I'd like to get a full fuel system... but right now other parts are priority so that's going to have to wait and the BAP will have to do.

Why did you choose the KB over the Vortech?

BAP are still new to me I need to research one versus another. All my other cars that required more fuel got injectors and pumps.

I was told by a couple of local people running BAPs that the KB is beefier.
I went with the KB because it was newer (per the ad) and pushes more voltage also.

I thought these cars needed the 40 amp KB BAP, the one the guys was selling in the classifieds was a 20 amp. OP, I would check that out before you install it.

Can't wait to see the results. My goal is to be in the 700+ HP range I am on the fence of just building a short block stick with stock heads\cams and just change the springs, retainers, oil pump gears, balancer or go with the new Aluminator long block that just came out. I am going with the Paxton 8 rib kit with my setup.

I would recommend the TSS oil pump gears, stock CR and the Boss302R head changing kit.

As I would usually agree with you on this seeing how the VCT bleed's off the extra pressure all the built TT coyotes we have done so far we have swapped the compression to 10:0:1 and well.... results will follow soon on what I like to call the "Nightmare Before Christmas"

Being "beefier" is not that correct response I would say. Bolt give just about the same 17v's.

Looking good! With all this talk about the blocks cracking around the water jackets at high horsepower levels, how much power do you plan on making?
