What is the limit of the 40A BAP? Were talking in terms of whp. I'm going Johnny ported eaton, 2.9 upper, 4 lb lower and 75 shot.

I'm talking on a stock fuel system, minus the 80 lb injectors, I'll also be running e85. Stock pumps, lines, etc.

It will be close with E85. I went ahead and put the GT pumps in this winter, so when I get the E85 tune I don't have to worry. I'm also running a ported eaton upper/lower setup.

Turbos and superchargers will have different power levels so you can't compare. From what I read the average is between 600-650rwhp with the BAP at 100% on stock fuel pumps (supercharged) on pump gas. Turbo, I was at 700rwhp on stock pumps with BAP at 100% and still fine.

Im currently at 590 WHP 540 WTQ (MUSTANG DYNO) with stock pumps, PPRV Delete, 60's,BAP with wire upgrade, mafia. Im about to buy a leathal budget return fuel system. Am I OK at my current power level with the BAP? I dont want to spend the $$$ if I dont have to. Im at 19psi with 19 deg of timing. Im totally happy with the cars power, so I dont plan on uping the power anytime soon

sorry about hijacking the thread

You're fine however, check with the tuner and look the duty cycle of your pumps just to make sure but you shouldn't have any problems at your level.

im at 89-90% and your setup is a little more agressive than mine (my 3.0/stock lower VS your 3.25/4# lower)

you are probably banging on the door of 95% .. i'd check with your tuner and he should be able to pull your file and see where your fpdc was at during tuning

OP: from what i've seen over the years is everyone is different .. but most usually max out around 610-640rwhp range with the bap and 60s .. (dynojet readings)

Rick must be out of the shop today, cant get ahold of him. I do know that we talked about fueling when i got off the dyno, he said that my fuel was spot on. he said at 6500 i was starting to drop a little
