What all is missing from this vs a brand new kit from Whipple? Brackets, hardware etc all there?

You need the bolts or 'chipping' bag as Whipple calls it. They sell it for25 bucks
Trade plus cash? I have a Brand new built eaton with less than 300 miles on it. ported with throttle body and everything to go. Just looking for something bigger. located in Kingston
