Swap spare license plates?

I have 3 Washington state license plates and I'd like to trade them for other states. I have a small collection started already that are mounted on my garage wall. If anyone has spare plates laying around, I'd be happy to swap plates with you. I already have Wyoming, South Carolina, Texas and Colorado. If you have a plate from a state other than the ones listed, let me know and we can trade.

I tried to get a license plate when I was in Europe, but it didn't go well. There was a language barrier, and the junkyard I went to actually didn't have any I could see. I think they might get sent back to the government.
