I'll sell mine for 1/2 that, and it is a REAL R!

This 1995 Mustang Cobra "R" won the inaugural Grand-Am Cup Race. (GS Class)-Daytona Int'l Speedway Feb. 2, 2001.
Price= $1,000,000.
WOW is right! My memory is not that great, but that car being called a 'body in white' doesn't sound right to me. I know the frame was dipped during fabrication, so the VIN plate would be gone, but I really think it started life as a 95 Cobra. Maybe not an actual R Model, but I assume it was a real Cobra. (I could be completely wrong)
p.s. - Hi Mark!

Keep in mind this is NOT a real R. It is a clone and not one of the 250.

Going to list my 2000R this week. 6k miles. Absolutely new in every way. All original including the tires. Cobra book,dash plaque,window sticker and SVT cert. Won 1st place in every Mustang show entered.
Thoughts on pricing guys.
I am not one who thinks this is a 60-70K car like some I have seen on ebay.
i think 46k-52k is strong for a 6k mile car in this market based on recent auction results. if i were you i would put it on ebay with a reserve and see what happens.
#225 was for sale in july in texas with 2300 miles at $47,500 for a while and i dont think it sold
