Me too! I really feel like my powerband was changed a lot with this install and id like to see where everything stands, especially with e85. I did feel some good power at 5000 rpm that I usually dont see until 6500plus.That's good information. Can't wait to hear the dyno numbers!
My exhaust pitch and volume has definitely changed a bit. I cannot describe it for sure until I can get on the throttle a little better. It has a deep pitched growl to it, and a bit more volume so far.I am real curious to see what happens with bcj cams coupled with these L&M intakes.
I just got the base tune this morning, so I will set up a dyno session soon. Shaun was spot on. I started the car this morning without a tune revision and it drove to work just like any other day. Maybe it took some time for the o2s/fuel trims to react appropriately. This might be good reference for people running new modifications in the future. Can't wait to see your results! I've got a new motor, which I'm planning to put these cams in, I already have baby cj exh cams as well.
Do you still have the original boxes the cams came in? What were the part numbers on them? At least you've got a tune that fixes the driveability issues. Are the new assumed cams worse than what you were hoping for?
Jumpmaster, so they sent you the wrong cams?
