Nice ride. I'd rock a new ZL1 all day. But I'm trying to hold out for the next GT500.

It looks really good in gray! I just seen a red one and thought it looked a bit bland, but the gray really sets it off. Sweet ZL1!

I loved your Boss.

ZL1 may be able to do a fast lap, but lets be real here, I'll wait to see results and see how it does on a track day. I'm skeptical that the thing will heat soak and its still 4000lbs.

Wow, I didn't know much about this car till I looked it up just now. I'm not in love with the look but the performance numbers and the price vs. a GT350R (with mark-ups), how could you not choose the ZL1? Hard to say you made a bad choice. Really nice car, good luck with it.

If I wanted to go crazy power like 750-800rwhp and 600rwtq,.......can the STOCK internals take it or is there an engine rebuild necessary?
Thanks!

ZL1 has the LT4 motor which is the same motor Chevy puts in the Z06's. The LT4 is supposed to be good for +900 HP.

I love the fact that what I'm about to say is true in this day and age...but 750-800whp isn't crazy power anymore! Lol.

As others have said though...it's the same LT4 in the C7Z, so it's proven to hold that kind of power easily, and will make that power with not 'too' many mods.

I know, right?!?!? Remember way back in the day when we thought 565HP and 662HP was,......A LOT??! lol
I'm not complaining about it though. The more, the better. :D

What did you think about MT review? I'm really enjoying this car. Can't beat it for the money. When you getting yours?

I'm partial to the Boss you had, it looks great. The new Z is nice but, hard to tell the difference between it and the SS (IMO). Eitherway congrats!

This is Tommys ZL1. He's been running this set up I believe since the car had somewhere around 500 miles. And he runs this car hard. His car sounds amazing!!
Other then a cam, everything else is stock internals.

That's a bad bitch, but with all that work, you'd think it would make more power. E85, meth, cams, & bolt-ons..That's alot of stuff. Isn't the stock ZL1 650HP? HHP uses a dynojet too..so their numbers don't read low.
