I have had it with my TR3650. Just done... That said for the cost of a rebuild or T56 conversion I figure I can do conversion to a Mach 1 Automatic setup. Has anyone done one?
I am trying to get a parts list sorted out and figure out what I have to do ECU wise. I am currently pretty stock motor wise but have picked up an 04 Rear end I am going to swap and have future plans for a long block swap. Currently I run 3.73 but the replacement IRS has 4.10s.

Parts List:
- 4R75W - Don't want to go overboard I only have around 300 RWHP might make it to 450 at some point... What upgrades do I need to be concerned with for a long life?
- Cross member and Trans mount.
- Converter - I have heard all sorts of things on this. Might stick with a stock converter - might upgrade to ~3500 stall...
- Pedal Swap
- Shifter - Leaning toward B&M (http://www.bmracing.com/products/81001-automatic-shifter-hammer-shifter-1994-2004-ford-mustang/)
- New Drive Shaft
- 8 Bolt Flex Plate
- ECU? Programming? This is the part I am most concerned about. I am pretty sure I will need a tune just to make the setup work right. Not sure if I would end up at Paul's High Performance or Lido at Alternative Auto Performance for a true dyno tune. Paul's did the original tune but Lido had that BA Mach...
- Wiring Harness - Would Mach 1 harness work? Require Mach 1 ECU? Is that compatible with the rest of my wiring harness?
