Thinking about buying a used ported blower.

Quick questions before I go through with the purchase. It seems like all is needed is the blower, mafia and possibly injectors? I would be running the 2.9 with 4lb lower. I would be getting Dyno tuned.

I currently have a jlt next gen rai, prochamber catless with borla stingers.

Anything else I would need? I want the car to be reliable and It will only be going to the track possibly twice a year.

You will probably need a BAP 40a. Your stock injectors will be on the edge.

Ok awesome. And that should give me a pretty safe setup with a good tune for about 480whp/tq?

Yup BAP and MAFia and you sould be fine. With a Steg5 and 2.76 I was pegging the fuel pump at around 6krpm, some wont need the BAP, some will.

Nice so my setup will be the 2.9/4lb lower ,mafia and bap. Going to do it right the first time so I won't have to drive the 2.5 hrs to the tuner twice

Exhaust: Mac Ceramic Coated Long-tubes, Lethal Catted X, Borla Stingers CB
Plenum/tb/ported: Ported Billetflow Plenum+Ported Billetflow Single-Blade Throttle Body
CAI: JLT NextGen High Boost
Cams: Comp Stage 2's

Will obviously be going twin screw shortly with the setup I have, but figured it'll be fun to mess around with a stock blower for a little bit and see far I can push it before I dump another $4k+ into this thing for a new blower :)

Car currently has a JLT highboost CAI (Gen 2) SLP high flow cats X pipe, with a borla Atak catback, currently bought 60# injectors, a ported eaton with a 2.76 upper (Dont know the port). Also have an accufab plenum. looking into buying a BAP, as well as a 2# lower, an a ported TB. An a BA3000.
Shooting for high numbers, def wanting 500+hp an 490+tq. I'll be happy with 490+ on both. Not to sure what else I can do to make sure I hit my numbers without E85, Cams an LT's. Not sure on who is going to tune this beast.
