It's even worse when it's not a daily. I found a gouge in my driver door walking up to the car the other day. Given the angle I think the front tire threw a pebble or something and got the door just right.

This mine isn't and if I see a new chip on the front I wanna cry lol.

New pair of coil overs installed. Maximum Motorsports 375/575# springs, and Koni single adjustable shocks/struts.

Thanks, the car is 2 months dirty but silver and matte hide it well.

The wheels are tsw sochi's in 18x9/10.5

They're dirt cheap at about $250 each and light. 22/24lbs. Limited lifetime warranty. We have terrible roads so I didn't bother trying a ccw or true forged wheel since I would be bending them every day. We have -10 to 110° temps annually so our roads break apart. You can literally find 3ft wide 5ft long 6" deep potholes on poorly shaped roads... It sucks.

You try to miss them but it's inevitable

I'll know better Sunday night. Headed on a couple hundred mile round trip cruise from deep city to rural lake side Sunday morning. I'll report back on the overal experience. Hoping for good things.

Yep, been there done that. What's worse it was my Roush. It only has 7500 miles on it. Drove it to work one day and hit a piece of rubber in the road. Front tire threw it up against my door. I can rub out the mark with some lacquer thinner. Problem is the rubber piece gouged my side stripe. So, it needs to be replaced now .

Figures, the one time I drive it some BS happens..........

This one is down to primer. I had driven it to work and I basically have my own spot away from everyone. I saw it as I was walking up to the car after work. It's right on the body line too. I was trying to figure out what happened and Tracy said because of the angle it had to have been something thrown from the road.

Man that sucks. And it's compounded because your car is MC.

Yeah. It's going in on the 5th to have the bumper fixed for MBTB, but I think I'm going to have to start saving for a real paint job. I'd love to take to a place like Kindig It Designs and have them do a hit rod style paint job on it.

Threw some paint on the blower to blend in with the motor. The hardware kit that comes with the renegade brackets is pretty poor, several pieces missing or wrongly sized.

I need to rotate the volute about 140 degrees, anybody know a trick to get this damn thing to move? I removed the clamps and am only able to rotate it about 10 degrees.

Bought a pair of Toyo R888's I can't wait to give them a try. I'm tired of drag radials, I hope the R888's will do what I need them too.

I did try swapping on a set of 275 Nitto 555's on my stock rims and was it ever spin city lol. 3rd gear on the on ramp spun like I was on ice.

555's......LOL

What size are the R888's? If it's warm outside and they're relatively new, you'll hook up 2nd and 3rd pretty good. But 1000 miles wear and sub 60 temps you'll spin them. Regardless, still probably the best choice you can make as far as a compromise between "some fun" grip....but not so much you're going to bust driveline parts

It's a trufiber saleen s281e style hood if I recall correct. I couldn't get a stock terminator good to fit (sad face) so this was the next best thing I could find. I had my local paint experts paint the vent fins the same black as my rims to tie the blacks together nicely. Otherwise the fins are the same as the hood.

Warning* very likely to soak stuff that should not get soaked if you drive it in the rain, ask me how I know...

I went to a mini.car show at the local O'Reilly's today. Didn't stay long. It was too hot and there wasn't much to see. I was the only Mustang there. And you know there's a Mustang on every corner lol.

Looking good Glenn. I take it you won't be affected by the hurricane?
