I'd sure like to see some of my posts where I even remotely tried to infer that the GT350R is "God's gift to Earth." And I wasn't "race baiting." Interesting that your mind went immediately to that, though. We don't know each other. I'm not one of your "homies."

Every chance I get! That's why I bought it. If the owner doesn't want to rev it, why the hell did they buy it in the first place. Makes zero sense. I rev mine out to 8250 at least one run every time I drive it.

As expected, SVTP members continue to be as predictable as the sunrise.
...but we are entertained.

Most of the posts today show just how frustrated people are with Ford over the next GT500. They spend their time talking about everything but the GT500. When you put a group of people in a small windowless room, turn out the lights and cut them off from any meaningful information, a fight will breakout.

This car is gonna be expensive, and regardless of its performance, not able to excuse the absence. Im going to laugh well watching people in $80k 10 second cars run 11’s and 12’s because of inexperienced and crappy driving while getting beat by $10k turbo Honda’s at the test/tune nights.

Everybody in here hoping we will be comparing it to an acr on track is bullshitting themselves. If it runs within 1 second of an acr at any 1.5+ mile track same day same driver, consider it an astonishing accomplishment.

The acr has about 1 ton of downforce, literally. It also has very wide tires as in 345 +/- rears, and iirc 315 fronts. It’s lighter, and has better distribution of that weight, as well as a more sophisticated suspension.

10’s will be easy to get. If it par’s the zl1 1le for lap times consider that an exceptional performance.

All this rich bitch bullshit about how it’s worth the money because xyz is laughable, that’s great on a forum but real world it’s gonna be fresh meat for everyone with a 9 second street car, and you’ll run into those more often than you will stock Camaros.

It’s 2018, 10’s was fast in 1995. There are tons of 8 second cars driving around in this country. Tesla is about to bring an 8 second electric shitbox to market in 3 years.

Enjoy $80k 10’s!!!! That’s like epic!!!! I talked so much shit because a simple 500whp c6 z06 on drag radials also runs 10’s. As does a whipple cobra on drag radials or a nitrous c6 on drag radials, or bolt on zl1 on drag radials, etc.

Those are all $20-40k. The gt500 is going to be a letdown if it’s much over $60k starting price. My opinion.

@GT Premi takes all the opportunities he can to justify the ADM he paid on his car.

I get it, no biggie homie.

El o El was gonna say the same thing. GT350 most bad ass Shelby on the planet. I like them but at the end of the day I’d take a 13-14 over a GT350. Different strokes to different folks.

His mind immediately went to that because it’s all you do....and got it. Because you drive your car like a 16 year old (revving it out every chance you get, your words not mine) - it’s the greatest thing. Never mind the fact I respond with ACTUAL evidence.

This is why you’re a joke on this forum.

Same homie that would rather have a 2005 Mustang GT over a Terminator. Wait let me clear the air a minute I’m not staying the Terminator is the best Mustang ever made but really a 3V 05 Mustang GT over a terminator? Who can complain about the amazing cargo space.

I’m not reading through all the BS. But this GT Premi guy really draws my attention.

What ever car GT Premi owns would be WAY cooler if someone else owned it.

I loved my Whippled GT500 for the straight line of a beast that it was. The GT350 I owned was everything I expected it to be as it was a much more capable track/touring car.

If the next GT500 can blend the two together reasonably well it should serve to make those in the middle satisfied as well. As long as excessive horsepower doesn't convert into unmanageable heat I'll be happier than a pig in shit.

Ford better get a move on before war breaks out...

With all this talk about HP/TQ and lap times. I don't see to many people talking about seating position and sight lines. Does that not matter to anyone anymore?
